CAVENDISH-BENTINCKasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that, although a promise of reinstatement to men formerly employed in controlled establishments and now serving with the forces is contained in the Munitions of War Acts, these Acts provide no machinery whereby this promise or similar promises of reinstatement made to other classes of men now serving with the forces can be carried into effect; and whether, in these circumstances, it is proposed immediately to introduce a Bill dealing with the question?
