Mr. LLEWELYN WILLIAMSDoes the right hon. Gentleman know that the President of the Board of Agriculture said last Wednesday that he hoped before the Report stage of the Tithe Bill was leached there would be a conference between the Welsh county councils and the Welsh Church?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe hon. Member will understand that I am not conversant with all these arrangements. If there has been any misunderstanding of that kind, of course the Bill will not be taken to-day.
§ Mr. DILLONDoes the right hon. Gentlemen propose to go on to-day with the Second Reading of the Irish Land (Provision for Sailors and Soldiers) Bill?
