§ Mr. WARDLEIt is not the practice to issue workmen's tickets on statutory public holidays, and some of the railway companies are expressly exempted from such an obligation by their Acts of Parliament. If, however, the hon. Gentleman will furnish me with particulars of the cases he has in mind, I will have inquiries made.
