§ Mr. FORSTERAn officer in such circumstances would be entitled to the gratuity under Article 497 of the Royal Warrant and also to wear the silver war badge.

§ Mr. MACPHERSONOfficers of the Special Reserve on the Retired List are permitted to wear uniform when employed in a military capacity, and on ceremonial occasions of a military nature.
