§ Mr. PRATTThese men, if within the limits of age laid down by the Military Service (No. 2) Act, 1918, are liable under that Act in the same manner as any other men, and they have the same rights of application to tribunals for exemption as are possessed by other men in accordance with the Regulations for tribunals.
