Mr. WATTasked the Secretary for Scotland, as President of the Scottish Board of Agriculture, whether his attention has been called to the threatened resignation of the Perthshire Central District Agricultural Committee on account of several largo landowners in that district having refused to break up their share of grass land and then demanded advances of rent equal to double last year's rental for the grazing of the fields which they ought to have broken up; and, if so, what action the Board intends to take in such matters?
