§ 46. Mr. WHYTEasked the Prime Minister whether he will publish the Memoranda on Foreign Second Chambers, written by distinguished foreigners for the Second Chamber Conference, and referred to by Lord Bryce in his letter?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI have not seen the Memoranda referred to. I shall, however, communicate with Lord Bryce on the subject, and if the hon. Member will put his question down again after the Recess, I hope to be able to reply to it.
