§ Mr. WARDLEInsurance premiums are included in the obligations in respect of which assistance is granted by the Civil Liabilities Committee to men called up for naval or military service, and I have no information that their policies are specially subject to lapsing.
§ Major HUNTIf men apply to have their policies paid up by the Civil Liabilities Committee, are the Civil Liabilities Committee bound to consider the claims, and bound to pay them if they are good cases?
