§ 43. Mr. JOWETTask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he will make arrangements for the cost of the full fare to be allowed instead of the half-fare offered to the mother in Bradford of a soldier lying wounded at Edinburgh, having regard to the fact that another of her sons is lying in hospital at Malta, whilst a third is serving in France, and all three sons enlisted during the first two months of the War?
§ Mr. FORSTERI am afraid it would he impossible to make exceptions in individual cases to the general rule that a free warrant is granted only in cases of dangerous illness, and that cheap fare vouchers are issuable, under certain conditions, in other cases.
