Letinoff, the answer to the first part is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, all due precautions are taken, but, as I said in answer to similar questions in February last, it is not desirable in the public interest to discuss these matters by way of question and answer.
§ Mr. SNOWDENSeeing that the House passed a Resolution congratulating the Russian people on the revolution, are we to understand that it is objectionable now to advocate the principles of the Russian Revolution in this country?
