Committee to consider of authorising the payment out of moneys to be provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by any local authority or police authority in the exercise of powers in relation to Luxury Duty; and of authorising a pro- vision to enable the currency of War Saving Certificates to be extended in pursuance of any Act of the present Session dealing with Finance — (King's Recommendation signified)—To-morrow.—[Lord E.
