asked the President of the Board of Education whether, in calculating the Grant payable under Clause 38 of the Education (No. 2) Bill in the case of Wales, the whisky money (local taxation account) and the Treasury Grant payable under the Welsh Intermediate Education Act will be excluded from consideration?
