If any person forges or fraudulently alters or uses or permits to be fraudulently altered or used any licence issued under this Act he shall be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds, or to both such imprisonment and fine.

Amendment made: After the word "licence"["any licence used"], insert the words "or certified copy of a licence."—[Mr. prothero.]
