§ Mr. BECKTime-expired men between the ages of forty-one and fifty-one are liable for military service under the recent Act unless they fall within the exception set out in paragraph 4 (b) of the First Schedule to the Act which relates to time-expired men officially reported as wounded during the present War if engaged whole time in work certified to be of national importance.
