KINLOCH-COOKEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty what is the position as regards the new Military Service Act of a man who has twenty-one years' service in the Navy, and, after being retired to pension, was called up at the beginning of the War, but, on being medically examined, rejected as unfit for further service; and will that man be called up again under the extended legislation or will his position be exactly what it was after his first medical examination?
