§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe accounts of the Central Control Board (Liquor Traffic) for the year ended the 31st March, 1918, will be included in the Appropriation Account of the Vote of Credit for the year ended on the same date. A statement showing the approximate net expenditure for the financial year ending 31st March, 1919, has been included in the statement of the estimated cost of service to be provided for in Vote of Credit 1918–19 (Cd. 9031). The net expenditure of the Board is defrayed from the Vote of Credit.
