§ The COMPTROLLER of the HOUSEHOLD (Sir Edwin Cornwall)The insurance Act gives a woman no claim upon the funds of a man's approved society unless she is married to him. If the woman referred to in the question is herself insured, the benefit would be payable from the funds of her society.
