§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of NATIONAL SERVICE (Mr. Beck)Any disabled man who has served in the field or at sea in any previous war is excepted from liability to military service by Clause 4 (a) of the First Schedule to the Military Service (No. 2) Act, 1918. If my hon. and gallant Friend has any particular man in mind I will gladly advise him as to his position.
