Mr. CROOKSasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether he is aware that the temporary civilian employés of the Royal Engineers staff under the Eastern Command have only received one bonus of 4s. per week or less, and that the bonus awarded to Civil servants on 17th December last has not 977 been applied to these men; and whether he will favourably consider their claim, in view of the increased cost of living and their present rate of pay?
