§ Mr. CLYNESThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, the figures being approximate. With regard to the second part, negotiations are taking place and nearing completion for a readjustment as suggested. I may add that I have personally addressed the representatives of the men, and am very pleased with the attitude which they have taken up.
