Mr. ELLIS DAVIESasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether Welsh theological students who volunteered for the Royal Army Medical Corps, and have been at the front for a long period, are now being compelled to join combatant forces; whether these students are to be given the opportunity of appealing, if they desire, for exemption on conscientious grounds; and whether some arrangement will be made to utilise the services of the men without breaking the pledges given them?
