Member will repeat his question in about a month's time I shall hope to be in a position to give him the information he desires for England and Wales. I must refer the hon. Member to the Secretary for Scotland for information regarding that country.
§ Mr. WATTWill the right hon. Gentleman consider the advisability of instituting a comparison between the three, or, I suppose, four nationalities, so as to make the element of competition come in?
