§ Mr. MUNROThe Fishery Board for Scotland have power under the Sea Fishing (Scotland) Order, 1917, to permit trawling within the three-mile limit, and they have exercised their power by an Order applicable to a limited stretch of coast, and for a limited period, under certain conditions as to size of boats, etc. The request for relaxation of the restrictions on trawling was made by line fishermen.
