§ 66. Mr. ROWLANDSasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food if he will reconsider the conditions under which he proposes to allot the sugar for jam-making in the case of persons who have enough fruit to make jam for the consumption by themselves and families for the whole season; if he will allow them to keep the jam so made and prevent them having to purchase supplies; and if he will consider the advisability of distributing the amount of sugar on the basis of the production of fruit?
§ Mr. CLYNESThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative; the last two parts do not, therefore, arise.
