Ordered, "That so much of the Lords Message [5th March] as relates to the appointment of a Joint Committee to consider all Consolidation Bills in the present Session be now taken into consideration."

So much of the Lords Message considered accordingly.

Ordered, "That a Select Committee of Five Members be appointed to join with a Committee appointed by the Lords, as mentioned in their Lordships Message of the 5th March, to consider all Consolidation Bills in the present Session."— [Lord Edmund Talbot.]

Message to the Lords to acquaint them therewith.

Mr. Butcher, Sir Charles Hobhouse, Mr. John O'Connor, Mr. Rawlinson, and Mr. Dundas White nominated members of the Select Committee:
