Sir JAMES BOYTONasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether under Army Council Instruction No. 91, of 1918, issued 28th January, 1918, courses of instruction for officers at a university which allows a limited number of officers in hospital, or who, in the opinion of a medical board, will be unfit for military duty for not less than four months, to attend short courses of instruction at a 2124 university, but which privilege is at present limited to Oxford University, can be applied also to Cambridge University?
