§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the ADMIRALTY (Dr. Macnamara)We hope to introduce the Bill shortly, and our intention is to pass it into law before the close of the present Session. We have taken advantage of the presence with us of the representatives of the Overseas Dominions to submit some new points and modifications in the Bill for their consideration.
