§ Sir R. WINFREYThe question of any further acreage to be ploughed up this autumn must depend on the provision of the necessary labour. A letter to the agricultural executive committees is prepared, setting out in detail the food production programme for 1919, and this will be issued as soon as the labour question is satisfactorily settled.
