Mr. JOWETTasked the Undersecretary of State for War if there is an Army Council Instruction or other Army Order requiring men who hold certificates of exemption on occupational grounds and who are already fulfilling all the conditions in regard to drilling with the Volunteers imposed upon them by military service tribunals as conditions of exemption to go into camp for a period of training during this summer?
