§ Mr. BONAR LAWYes, Sir. Scales of remuneration have been fixed for women with academic or other good educational qualifications employed during the War on administrative work, comparable to those of the junior officers of the permanent classes whom they are replacing, and special salaries have been fixed for women with technical or administrative experience where necessary.
