Colonel ASHLEYasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Acting-Corporal Philip Kent, No. 4744, late Army Pay Corps, now living at Avondale, High Road, Wealdstone, Middlesex, has been discharged under paragraph 392 (XXI.), King's Regulations; that at a travelling medical board held on 5th April, 1918, he was informed that he would be discharged as unfit; and whether, in view of the circumstances, he will take steps with a view to placing this man before a further medical board, so that if found permanently unfit he may be discharged under paragraph 392 (XVI.), King's Regulations?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONThis man's discharge under paragraph 392 (XVI.), King's Regulations, has now been authorised, and his documents will be sent to the Ministry of Pensions for consideration by that Department.
