HC Deb 18 June 1918 vol 107 c148
4. Colonel ASHLEY

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Acting-Corporal Philip Kent, No. 4744, late Army Pay Corps, now living at Avondale, High Road, Wealdstone, Middlesex, has been discharged under paragraph 392 (XXI.), King's Regulations; that at a travelling medical board held on 5th April, 1918, he was informed that he would be discharged as unfit; and whether, in view of the circumstances, he will take steps with a view to placing this man before a further medical board, so that if found permanently unfit he may be discharged under paragraph 392 (XVI.), King's Regulations?

Mr. MACPHERSON

This man's discharge under paragraph 392 (XVI.), King's Regulations, has now been authorised, and his documents will be sent to the Ministry of Pensions for consideration by that Department.
