asked the First Commissioner of Works whether the Government propose to take over another large hotel near Hyde Park; if so, can he state for what Department it is to be used, what rent it is proposed to pay for it annually, and if it is proposed to spend any money on alterations, and, if so, how much; and can he state what staff it is proposed to house in this building?
