Mr. ARCHDALEasked the Post master-General if he has entered into negotiations with the City of Dublin Steam Packet Company for a new contract or for the continuance of the existing mail contract and passenger service between Holyhead and Kingstown; and if he will inform the House as to the position in which the negotiations now stand and what the new arrangements will be?
