§ Mr. BONAR LAWI am very anxious not to ask the House to sit on Friday when it is not necessary to do so. I hope the Report stage of the Finance Bill will be finished to-morrow, and should there be any time over, I hope the House will also finish the remaining stages of the Land Drainage Bill. In that case we shall not ask the House to sit on Friday.
