WILSONasked the Minister of Munitions whether he is aware that, after considerable delay, his Department have now issued a priority certificate for the supply to the Middlesbrough Corporation of 15 cwts. of steel strip for sanitary pans; whether he is aware that, to satisfy the pressing need in Middlesbrough, a much greater quantity is required; and whether he will have the matter reconsidered?
§ Mr. KELLAWAYArrangements are now being made for the issue of a repairs and maintenance permit to borough councils where necessary for the upkeep of existing public services, and in accordance with these arrangements a permit will at once be sent to the Middlesbrough Corporation.
