Mr. ANDERSONasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he can, state the present position with respect to the proposed establishment of a Ministry of Health; whether a Bill has been drafted and submitted to the Cabinet; and, if so, when it is proposed to introduce such legislation?
Mr. FISHERA Bill on the subject is under the consideration of the Government, but I am not able to make any abatement as to its introduction.
