§ 31. Mr. C. DUNCANasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether an Order granting establishment to second grade pensioner clerks was issued by the Admiralty on 15th February, 1918, and, if so, can he state on what date the Order in question is to take effect?
§ Dr. MACNAMARAThis Order was issued as stated in my hon. Friend's question, and there only remains the actual issue of the necessary Civil Service certificates by the Civil Service Commissioners. The actual establishment will take effect from the date of the Civil Service certificates, the issue of which has been hastened.
