That they have passed a Bill intituled "An Act to confer upon the trustees of the will and codicils of the late John Graham Smith, deceased, further powers for the management, development, and improvement of the estates subject to the trusts of such will and codicils, and to extend the time for the exercise of the powers of such trustees; and for other purposes."
