Osborne, Oxford and Bucks Regiment, attached Machine Gun Corps, who was made a prisoner of war and sent to Limburg on 3rd April, 1918, and who is reported by the Prisoners of War Committee to have been shot in the compound when he was, it was stated, attempting to escape?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONI regret I have no information beyond that contained in an official German list of dead forwarded through the Geneva Red Cross, which is to the effect that Lieutenant Osborne died on the 7th April, 1918, having been shot whilst attempting to escape.
