§ Mr. MUNROI am not in possession of information which would enable me to reply to my hon. Friend's question. I could probably obtain it in the form of a detailed return from the officials of the counties referred to, but I hesitate to impose this burden upon them under existing circumstances. I trust, therefore, that my hon. Friend will not press his request.
