Mr. WHYTEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Food whether he has received representations from bodies of potato growers in Scotland in favour of the adoption of a special scheme of distribution for the potato crop of 1918 in Scotland; and, if so, whether he will take steps to put it into force?
