§ 76. Sir ARTHUR SHIRLEY BENNasked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether the members of Queen Mary's Army Auxiliary Corps are subject to military discipline; and if they are entitled to the same rights as soldiers to demand courts-martial?

In view of the provisions of Section 184 of the Army Act, they are not in any event 713 liable to summary punishment by a commanding officer, and the question of electing trial by court-martial accordingly cannot arise in their case.
