§ Mr. FORSTERThe inequality to which my hon. and gallant Friend alludes is of old standing. It is also to be found in the emoluments of gentlemen of the several professions in civil life, but, in any case, I think it could not be made the ground for a revision of the pay and allowances of the chaplains.
