§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. S. Walsh)I find that, during the first five months of this year, the percentage of appeals from the Westminster Tribunal by or on behalf of the man was under three. The percentage of appeals from this tribunal does not appear to be exceptional.
