Mr. KINGasked the Secretary of State-for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that not less than six books of secret documents have been published in Russia by the Commissariat for Foreign Affairs and are procurable in Stockholm and in other neutral capitals; and whether he has procured copies of these books for the use of the Foreign Office?
