§ 54. Mr. C. DUNCANasked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the desirability of issuing instructions to the heads of all Government Departments that no conditions should be imposed restricting the liberty of Civil servants becoming members of duly constituted Civil Service associations?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI am not aware that the liberty of Civil servants in this matter has been unduly interfered with in any Department, and I do not think it would be practicable to issue any general instructions.
