Colonel SHARMAN-CRAWFORDasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if his attention has been called to a case tried in the Belfast County Court last Monday in which certain plotholders brought an action for trespass against an officer of the Army Service Corps in his official capacity; if he has read the remarks made by the judge; and will he see that the people affected are properly compensated?
§ Mr. FORSTERMy attention had not previously been drawn to this case, but I am making inquiries and will acquaint my hon. and gallant Friend of the result as soon as possible.
