§ Mr. BALDWIN (Joint Financial Secretary to the Treasury)I understand that the full amounts of war bonus authorised under the awards of the Conciliation and Arbitration Board are paid to all employes of the Board of Works to whom such awards are applicable, and I am not aware of any ground for making any additional concession.
