§ Mr. BONAR LAWI have received no nom n whatever of this question. As a matter of fact the Prime Minister is re- 1316 ceiving some of the members of the Convention and is doing so in the hope that some good may result from it—I am sure with the full approval of the House of Commons.
§ Major NEWMANWhat I want to know is will the proceedings be made public—that is the really important part of the question?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI should think that very unlikely and very undesirable.
