May I ask the Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury whether it is proposed to take any other business to-morrow besides the Non-Ferrous Metal Industry Bill?

Yes, Sir. If there be time, we shall take the Second Reading of the National Registration Bill to-morrow. If we suc. ceed in getting the Second Reading tomorrow, it will save us a Friday sitting. Otherwise wee must take the Second Reading on Friday.

That means that you are going to suspend the Eleven o'Clock Rule?
